Job summary

Aily Labs is seeking a Lead AI/ML Engineer to scale our AI platform, building robust ML pipelines and production-grade ML infrastructure. You will lead a team of 4+ engineers and drive the roadmap for enterprise-grade AI solutions across finance, supply chain, and R&D.

Ideal candidates demonstrate deep AI/ML knowledge, strong software engineering practices, and the ability to mentor others while delivering high-impact results at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in AI/ML or related field.
• Strong Python expertise and production-facing APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to mentor junior engineers and lead teams.
• Ability to manage multiple technical initiatives in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines (data→model→deployment→monitoring).
• Lead and mentor a team of 4+ AI/ML Engineers and own their roadmap.
• Contribute to APIs, tools, and libraries used by the AI team daily.
• Define architecture and exchange protocols with DevOps, Front End, and Data Eng.
• Ensure quality and production-readiness of AI/ML systems.
