Amazon Logistics is seeking an Area Manager for a fixed-term contract in Barcelona, overseeing a busy last mile operation. You will build processes, systems, and capabilities to plan and execute delivery at scale, driving cost efficiency and customer and driver satisfaction through rigorous data analysis.

You will mentor the team, foster strong relationships with delivery partners, and implement standard work across multiple stations.

Formación

• Experience in direct-to-customer fulfillment operations.
• Ability to define projects, collect requirements, and design process solutions.
