Etro La Roca Outlet in Spain is seeking a Client Advisor to provide high-quality service for a sickness cover, full-time 40h. You will help customers with product knowledge, fashion guidance, and Etro heritage, while contributing to store goals and CRM initiatives.

The role requires passion for fashion and luxury, strong communication, and ability to work in a dynamic retail environment. English fluency is essential, additional languages are a plus.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail.
• Ability to drive and exceed store results.
• Excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
• Fluent in English; another language is a plus.
• Deep passion for fashion and luxury.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service by meeting and exceeding customer needs with knowledge of Etro products and heritage.
• Assist customers with Etro selling ceremony and processes.
• Discuss fashion trends with clients and provide fashion guidance.
• Help achieve store goals and develop the business.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers through CRM strategies.
• Contribute to the store team dynamics through effective communication.
• Support visual merchandising per Etro guidelines.
• Assist with product replenishment and stock/inventory management.
• Follow company grooming standards and Etro policies.

For our outlet in La Roca we are looking for a Client Advisor available to work full time 40h for a sickness cover.

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise

Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
