Etro's outlet in La Roca del Vallès is seeking a full-time Stock Keeper to cover maternity leave. You will deliver high-quality service, know Etro history, and embody the brand's philosophy while supporting daily operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, driving store results, CRM, visual display adherence, inventory and replenishment, and collaborating with the team in a dynamic luxury retail environment. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

For our outlet in La Roca we are looking for a Stock keeper available to work full time 40h for a Maternity cover.

She/he will have to provide customers with high quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to spread the philosophy and the culture of the Brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service experience by assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Etro history and heritage
• Assist customers accordingly with Etro selling ceremony
• Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
• Ensure the achievement of the Store goals, enhancing and developing the business
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers by developing CRM strategies
• Establish good group dynamics, through efficient communication
• Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Etro visual guidelines
• Help ensuring the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise

Follow Company grooming, accordingly with Etro standards and policies

Key Requirements

• Deep passion for fashion and luxury
• Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies
• Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, as well as excellent commercial awareness and customers' attitude
• Ability to adapt to different customers
• Team-playing attitude
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in english. Another language is a plus
