Swan, Europe’s embedded banking specialist, is seeking a KYC Supervisor to join our Barcelona team on a freelance contract. You will bridge strategy and execution with hands-on reviews, mentoring, and coaching to scale the KYC function while maintaining strict compliance.

You will lead by example, drive KPI-driven performance, train new members, and collaborate with Product, Engineering and Risk to optimize processes.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in KYC/AML/financial security in fintech/bank/start-up environments.
• Experience as a team supervisor/mentor is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AML/CFT regulatory framework and compliance mindset.

• Conduct thorough KYC/KYB reviews with attention to detail.
• Resolve complex cases and provide custom compliance solutions.
