Job summary

Bitpanda is seeking an AML & KYC Operations Associate in Barcelona to strengthen compliance in our crypto platform. You will mitigate financial crime risks and ensure regulations are met, combining analytical thinking with a customer-focused mindset.

You will perform SoF/SoW reviews, monitor transactions, and conduct PEP/RCA/SIP screenings, collaborating across teams to balance regulatory demands with user experience. Hybrid work model and global growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• University degree in Economics, Finance, or Law.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest/knowledge of AML regulation and crypto sector.

Responsibilities

• Review SoF/SoW for fiat transactions and low-risk customers.
• Analyze retail user financial data and request additional documents.
• Conduct transaction monitoring to determine PoF/PoW follow-ups.
• Conduct PEP, RCA and SIP screening reviews.
