Job summary

Lucanet is seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to ensure knowledge and learning content is easy to find and AI-ready. You will own our Confluence knowledge base, run Sana LMS, and drive People team projects, combining knowledge management, LMS administration and project leadership in one role.

You’ll collaborate across the People team, identify skill gaps, and design learning solutions while guiding knowledge base contributors to keep content current and accessible.

Qualifications

• Run a knowledge base (Confluence) with AI-ready content.
• Administer a learning management system (LMS), manage users, content and reporting.
• Use AI tools to improve knowledge search and retrieval.
• Deliver end-to-end projects balancing multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the Confluence knowledge base for AI readiness.
• Build a knowledge base roadmap to close AI surface gaps.
• Administer Sana LMS: users, content, dashboards, support questions.
• Guide contributors and role holders about ownership and updates.
• Identify skill gaps and design learning solutions.
• Lead People team projects and provide data for presentations.
