Job summary

Docplanner Group seeks a senior technical writer/knowledge engineer to own the product knowledge structure across customer and doctor views. You will define content models, enforce sourcing references, and align with multiple teams to ensure accurate, reusable knowledge.

You will work in a GitHub-driven workflow to extract knowledge from code and shape how content is produced and reviewed. You will lead the migration and design of scalable content guidelines, mentor others, and help shape how AI

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of experience in technical writing, documentation engineering or knowledge management.
• Strong grip on Git and GitHub in large codebases and repositories.
• Experience designing content structures with labels and metadata.
• Ability to review facts quickly with a quality-focused process.
• Comfort working with Markdown, YAML or JSON formats.

Responsibilities

• Define and keep the content model for Docplanner product knowledge.
• Set the quality standard with cited references for all facts.
• Choose a structure that works for assistants and customer/doctors views.
• Work directly in GitHub to extract rules from code and produce review-ready output.
• Lead the team through migrating to a new knowledge structure and guidelines.
