You will work directly in GitHub, review code-driven rules, and drive simplification while maintaining quality. Collaboration with Product Managers and Customer Care is essential to keep knowledge up to date across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing knowledge bases and content models.
• Comfort with GitHub and code-generated outputs.
• Ability to define standards and cross-market alignment.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the content model for Docplanner product knowledge.
• Ensure every fact has a verifiable source and traceability.
• Choose structures that work for both customer and doctor facing outputs.
• Work directly in GitHub to read and translate code logic into clear output.
• Lead the team through the knowledge modernization effort.
