A leading hotel group in Barcelona is looking for a culinary student to prepare daily services and maintain a clean kitchen. The ideal candidate is studying culinary arts and possesses a proactive attitude. Responsibilities include food preparation, maintenance of the work area, and compliance with environmental policies. The role offers meals during shifts, training programs, and a fun work environment.

Formación

• Currently studying a bachelor’s degree in culinary arts, gastronomy or related field.
• Previous hotel knowledge and experience in operational departments will be valuable.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker with a passion for the culinary area.

Responsabilidades

• Preparation of the daily service and the mise-en-place.
• Cleaning and maintenance of your work area and kitchenware.
• Correct storage of prepared products with identification of the preparation date.
• Annotating necessary products for the next service.

What we need from you
