Tbea Xi'An Electric Technology Co., Ltd. seeks a sales/business development professional to drive utility-scale solar projects, inverters, BESS, and related services. You will build strong key account relationships, coordinate internal resources, and optimize project execution to meet customer needs.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and knowledge of local renewable policies, with a focus on risk management and long-term customer support.

Formación

• Bachelor in sales, electronics, electrical, engineering or renewables; minimum 3 years in sales or business development in utility scale solar projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and coordinate company resources to understand customer requirements.
• Help customers optimize design and improve LOCE.
• Make timely market investigations and report to the company, suggesting market development and strategy.
• Help optimize sales, technical support, delivery and service procedures to improve customer satisfaction.
• Payment collection.
