Qualifications

• Strong interest in infrastructure, cloud, systems and enterprise tech
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Good communication and customer-first mindset
• Fluent English; another European language is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers using Nutanix solutions
• Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues with guidance from experienced team members
• Develop knowledge across virtualization, networking, storage, Linux, and cloud technologies
• Work with internal engineering teams to resolve customer issues
• Collaborate with technology partners when troubleshooting cross-platform problems
• Learn to diagnose and debug enterprise infrastructure environments
