Formación

• 4+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy kitchen.
• Proven track record in large kitchen teams.
• Ability to lead and develop others to their best.
• Passion for food and freshness of ingredients.

• Create and produce high-quality dishes with focus on presentation and flavor.
