We are looking for an experienced Commis Cook to join the team at SLS Barcelona.

Job Description

• Assist in menu preparation, kitchen organization and production.
• Work within a team to ensure menu prep is done according to the guidelines set by Sous Chef.
• Assist with the storage, preparation, cooking and presentation of food to the required standards.
• Ensure smooth operations, timely orders and deliveries, and high food hygiene standards.
• Pay attention to details to ensure every dish served meets quality expectations.

• Previous experience working as part of a similar sized kitchen team.
