Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Junior Product Manager for our Civitfun brand to help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. You will define and prioritize the product roadmap, bridging business needs with technical feasibility across teams.

You will translate requirements into stories, collaborate with engineering in Agile Scrum, and partner with sales and customer success to drive value. English and Spanish fluency are required, and you will join a diverse, global team at HBX Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, middleware and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work with engineering in Agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation.
• Understand and communicate the impact of APIs, Middleware and Platform Architecture on product capabilities and integration.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical costs in collaboration with stakeholders
• Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success and market teams.
