Job summary

HBX Group is seeking a Junior Product Manager for our Civitfun brand to help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. You will define and prioritize the product roadmap, bridging business needs with technical feasibility across teams.

You will translate requirements into stories, collaborate with engineering in Agile Scrum, and partner with sales and customer success to drive value. English and Spanish fluency are required, and you will join a diverse, global team at HBX Group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, middleware and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to work with engineering in Agile Scrum environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable product solutions.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap based on stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager for our Civitfun brand who will help shape the future of our B2B SaaS platform. You will play a central role in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap, working cross-functionally to align business needs with strategic objectives while bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product Roadmap based on the stakeholder needs, business goals and market insights.
• Translate business requirements into clear product specifications, stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility, timely delivery, and smooth implementation.
• Understand and communicate the impact of API´s, Middleware and Platform Architecture on product capabilities and integration.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and technical cost in collaboration with stakeholders
• Gather and analyze user feedback and product performance to drive continuous improvement.
• Act as a strategic partner to sales, customer success and market teams.

Required Skillset and Experience

• Experience of product management experience in a B2B SaaS Environment.
• Strong understanding and proven working experience with technical concepts such as API´s, Integrations, middleware, and cloud based platforms.
• Proven ability to work closely with engineering teams in Agile Scrum environments.
• Experience translating complex business needs into scalable product solutions
• Comfortable navigating cross-functional conversations and leading without authority
• Advanced English and Spanish is required for this role
