Job summary

Pluxee is seeking a Junior Product Designer in Madrid to contribute to the design and evolution of scalable benefits, keeping the user at the center. You will join a corporate yet dynamic environment where innovation, empathy, and user experience drive everything we do.

You’ll ideate, prototype, and test concepts in Figma, support user research, and design small features with autonomy while collaborating on larger initiatives with the team. Fluent Spanish and English are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of product design experience, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or related field.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Ideating, prototyping, and testing product concepts across platforms, primarily in Figma.
• Supporting user research activities (interviews, testing, analysis) while learning from senior designers.
• Designing solutions for small features with autonomy, and collaborating on medium-sized features with team support.
• Using and applying design systems to ensure consistency in visuals and user experience.
• Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers.
• Communicating design ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting their potential impact.
• Collaborating with humility, openness to feedback, and a strong willingness to learn.
