Pluxee seeks a Junior Product Designer to contribute to the design and evolution of new scalable benefits, keeping the user at the center. Join a corporate yet dynamic environment where innovation, empathy, and user experience drive everything we do.

You’ll ideate, prototype, and test concepts across platforms (primarily in Figma), support user research, design small features autonomously, and collaborate on medium-scale work within an agile team in Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or benefits.
• Languages: Spanish and English fluent.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate, prototype, and test product concepts across different platforms, primarily in Figma.
• Support user research activities (interviews, testing, analysis) while learning from senior designers.
• Design solutions for small features with autonomy, and collaborate on medium-sized features with team support.
• Use and apply design systems to ensure consistency in visuals and user experience.
• Actively participate in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working with PMs, developers, and designers.
• Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting their potential impact.
• Collaborate with humility, openness to feedback, and a strong willingness to learn.

Actively participating in agile workflows and continuous delivery environments, working closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers. Communicating design ideas clearly and effectively, highlighting their potential impact. Collaborating with humility, openness to feedback, and a strong willingness to learn.

You're a match:

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Product Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX/UI, or a related field. Work Experience Requirements: 1 or 2 years of experience in Product design, preferably in fintech, HR tech, or benefits. Languages: Spanish and english fluent.
