Board is seeking a passionate UX Designer to join our enterprise UX team in Madrid. You will shape user-centered experiences across our Intelligent Planning Platform, collaborating with product managers, owners, and developers.

Your work includes translating requirements into intuitive interfaces, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and leveraging our pattern library to scale design standards across Board’s solutions. Strong UX portfolio and Figma mastery are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Strong UX portfolio showcasing enterprise software.
• Experience with user-centered design processes.
• Proficiency in Figma is required; other tools welcome.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product and engineering to define UX goals.
• Create wireframes, flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Apply usability heuristics and contribute to design standards.
• Translate requirements into intuitive interfaces within Board.
