EngineersOfAI is seeking a Product Designer in Barcelona, Spain, who will design at the intersection of credit and financial health. You will take features from brief to production and ensure a user-friendly experience for lending products.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and advanced Figma skills. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and lead design projects across multiple workstreams, all while mentoring your fellow designers.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional experience running end-to-end UX/UI product design.
• Experience in FinTech, EdTech, or regulating consumer products is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the whole design journey from brief to production-ready UI.
• Work at production scale inside shared design systems.
• Untangle complex lending flows into intuitive user experiences.
• Use behavioral economics to design positive money habits.
• Ground decisions in product metrics and A/B testing results.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Present work with clear rationale grounded in research.
• Lead design across multiple workstreams and mentor other designers.
