Job summary

Fusion Consulting is seeking a Junior PMO Consultant to join our PM-PMO Practice in Barcelona. You will support project planning, implementation and monitoring, and assist project managers in developing high-quality strategies and solutions.

You will prepare reports, presentations and documentation in a regulated environment, participate in customer meetings and workshops, and record requirements while analyzing business processes. Travel willingness is expected as projects span global clients.

Qualifications

• University degree in business, economics or IT.
• Strong communication skills and business acumen.
• Fluent in English, German is nice to have.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent and team-oriented with a can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to challenges, and travel.

Responsibilities

• Support in consulting projects, project planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Assist project managers in developing high-quality strategies and solutions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and documentation in a regulated environment.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops and decision-making processes.
• Record and define requirements and analyse business processes.
• Continuously expand knowledge and skills in consulting.
