Job summary

Fusion Consulting, a global Life Sciences IT and business consulting firm, seeks a Senior IT Project Manager for its Quality Lab to lead complex IT projects with a focus on compliance and quality assurance. You will plan, execute, and deliver projects, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and QA teams.

Ideal candidates have a PMP, 7+ years in IT project management, and strong knowledge of PM methodologies, QA processes, and GxP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience with focus on quality assurance.
• Expertise in PM methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and QA processes.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and risk management.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
• Knowledge of GxP regulatory compliance.
• Experience with DMS solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver IT projects in the quality lab environment, managing schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and implement quality assurance processes for IT systems.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead project teams, fostering continuous improvement and driving adoption of best practices in IT project management.
• Prepare project status reports and manage vendor relationships related to IT quality lab projects.
• Experience in managing Document Management Systems (DMS).
