Job summary

AUTO1 Group in Madrid is seeking a Junior Project Manager - Business Analytics to support the Real Estate & Expansion team across Europe. You will turn data into decisions by querying and analyzing datasets, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights for branch growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of analytics experience, strong SQL, and familiarity with BI tools like Looker/Tableau/Power BI, plus Spanish and English fluency. AI-assisted coding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business analytics or a similar analytical role.
• Background in Business Analytics, Management, Economics, Engineering, or another quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to turn messy data into clear recommendations.
• Solid SQL skills and ability to write and adapt queries.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code) to build small internal tools.
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Convert data into decisions by querying data and surfacing trends.
• Lead high-impact analysis within real estate and expansion projects.
• Build dashboards and lightweight internal tools to automate reporting.
• Identify inefficiencies and design data-backed improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives across cross-functional teams to stay aligned.
