You will assist lead chefs, prepare ingredients and materials, and help maintain a high standard of operational efficiency in daily academy activities. The role requires a VET Diploma in Pastry, strong pastry skills, and proficiency in Spanish with helpful English/French language abilities.

Competenze

• VET Diploma in Pastry required.
• Solid pastry foundation (intermediate to advanced).
• Experience in premium/high-end pastry sectors is valued.
• Spanish: advanced working proficiency.
• English: intermediate/advanced preferred.
• French: advantageous.
• Basic to intermediate computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong teamwork, organization and time-management skills.
• Proactive attitude and reliability in operational tasks.

Mansioni

• Provide hands-on support to chefs during training courses and practical sessions.
• Prepare, organize, and manage ingredients, tools, and materials for each course.
• Coordinate daily operational needs related to materials and ingredients across the Academy.
• Support inventory control and warehouse organization in line with internal procedures.
• Monitor and assist in pastry and chocolate production processes used during training.
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards within the Academy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment.
