Bruce.work seeks a Junior Office Manager to support the Barcelona office and coordinate daily administrative tasks within a fast-growing international company. You will help create a welcoming, well-organised workplace while ensuring smooth operations.
Fluency in Spanish and 1–2 years in office administration are required, with a flexible hybrid policy and a permanent Spanish contract for 40 hours/week. A proactive, hands-on mindset and teamwork are essential.
Are you organised, proactive and comfortable managing day-to-day office operations? Looking for a hands-on role where you can take ownership of administrative tasks and help create a great working environment? This could be for you.
We’re looking for a Junior Office Manager to support the smooth running of our client’s Barcelona office, coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks and contribute to a welcoming, well-organised workplace within a fast-growing international company.
Our client is a fast-growing international publishing company turning top creators’ content into bestselling books through a digital-first approach. Its team brings together publishing, marketing, content and technology experts working at the heart of the growing Creator Economy.
With the Spanish team now exceeding 50 employees, the company is continuing to grow and structure its operations. You’ll join at an exciting stage, with the opportunity to play an important role in the day-to-day life of the Barcelona office and help ensure everything runs smoothly.
As Junior Office Manager, you’ll help coordinate the daily operations of the Barcelona office. Your responsibilities will include:
1 – Manage daily office operations: ensure the office is well-organised and fully operational, manage office supplies and equipment, coordinate deliveries and liaise with suppliers and service providers.
2 – Coordinate administrative tasks: handle general administrative duties, organise and maintain documents, manage invoices and expense records where required, and support the team with practical administrative requests.
3 – Support office logistics and facilities: coordinate maintenance and repairs, follow up on office-related requests, help manage meeting room arrangements and ensure employees have the resources they need to work efficiently.
4 – Contribute to a great workplace experience: help organise internal events, team activities and office initiatives, welcome visitors and support the creation of a positive, friendly and well-functioning office environment.
5 – Support operational coordination: act as a point of contact for day-to-day office matters, follow up on ongoing requests and work closely with different teams to ensure administrative and logistical needs are addressed efficiently.
An interest in publishing, technology, digital content or the Creator Economy is a plus.
