RavenPack in Marbella is seeking a Junior IT Operations Technician to provide diversified IT support across departments while learning from senior colleagues. The role balances hands-on tasks with AI-assisted processes, on‑premises infrastructure, and company services, with mentorship from IT Support, CyberSecurity, Compliance, and Office Management.

You will start with onboarding, then participate in internal IT projects, L1/L2 support, and expanded responsibilities as you grow, within a

• Experience maintaining Windows, Linux, and macOS incl. patching.
• Up to two years in IT support or internships.
• Basic scripting (Bash, PowerShell) for automation.
• Foundational networking knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1 technical support for hardware, software, accounts, connectivity, and workplace tech.
• Assist with L2 support under guidance of experienced team members.
• Record, prioritise, update, and resolve requests in the ITSM platform.
• Escalate complex or security-sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
• Configure and troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Assist with onboarding, offboarding, access management and equipment delivery.
• Support software deployment, OS updates, patching, and endpoint-management.
• Maintain asset records and internal technical documentation.
• Assist with implementation of new technologies and internal IT projects.
• Follow security procedures and help maintain ISO27001 and SOC2 controls.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to support processes.
