Kreios Space is building cutting-edge electric propulsion for VLEO. We are seeking an IT Systems & Support Specialist to own the day-to-day IT environment, ensure tools and access are available, and support a fast-growing tech company.

You will manage Microsoft 365, Azure AD, endpoint devices, security policies and provide frontline support to engineers and staff while collaborating with People Operations on onboarding and access management. This is an on-site role in Spain.

Formación

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience managing users, groups, permissions and access via Azure AD/Microsoft Entra ID.
• Experience preparing and managing laptops and endpoint devices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other endpoint management solutions.
• Understanding of basic networking: Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VPNs.
• Basic IT security knowledge: MFA, endpoint protection, access control.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day IT environment and support employees.
• Onboard/offboard employees from IT perspective (accounts, devices, licences, access).
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, related services).
• Manage users, groups and permissions via Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Support endpoint management with Intune or similar.
• Configure security measures: MFA, access policies, device protection.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint and workstation issues.
• Maintain inventory of laptops, peripherals, licences and IT assets.
• Coordinate equipment purchases, replacements and repairs.
• Document IT processes and SOPs.
• Work with People Operations on onboarding/offboarding and access management.
• Support IT/cybersecurity best practices across the organisation.
