RavenPack is seeking an experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Search & Recommendation team at our Marbella headquarters. You will own the full ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment, building scalable, personalized content delivery systems for financial professionals worldwide.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, ML, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying ML models in production, with focus on Information Retrieval, Search, or Recommender Systems.
• Strong Python programming and SQL or similar query languages.
• Deep knowledge of ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, and libraries like Scikit-learn and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases.
• Analytical mindset with strong quantitative skills and rigorous reasoning.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end model development, deployment, and evaluation for ranking and retrieval.
• Fine-tune and distill language models for domain expertise; implement semantic embedding techniques.
• Build and scale recommender systems to personalize user experience and content discovery.
• Collaborate with product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Stay ahead of the curve by researching ML, NLP and IR trends and prototyping new ideas to maintain competitive edge.
