Ciklum in Málaga, Spain, is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join our cross-functional team. You will provide high-quality desk-side and remote IT services, manage local infrastructure, and ensure smooth daily operations for employees.

The role bridges junior and senior engineers, collaborating with Infrastructure, Networking, Security, and Application Support teams, while maintaining documentation and contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience with Microsoft 365 products and Google Workspace.
• Solid administration of Windows, Linux and macOS environments.
• Understanding of AD, GPO and Apple Business Manager (ABM).
• Basic networking troubleshooting and ITIL-based service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain internal IT environment stability and service delivery.
• Manage and resolve Service Desk tickets and onboarding/offboarding tasks.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues for end-users.
• Coordinate IT assets, stock and procurement processes.
