Edpuzzle is seeking a Junior Inside Sales Representative to join the Inside Sales Team in Barcelona. You will learn to manage sales territory, support outreach, coordinate meetings, and contribute to campaigns across email, phone, and video calls.

Based in Barcelona with the option for 2–3 days in the office each month, you will develop skills in prospecting, presentations, and relationship-building while supporting renewal efforts and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• 1–2 years of Inside Sales or similar customer-facing role.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to manage your own sales territory, supporting Sales Associates with outreach, presentations, budgeting campaigns and meetings.
• Organize our database and CRM, set up trials and networks of schools.
• Communicate with schools in your assigned region using Edpuzzle.
• Develop understanding of client needs and goals.
• Proactively seek new sales opportunities via inbound/outbound outreach.
• Set up meetings and deliver compelling presentations on products and services.
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
• Collaborate with team members to build pipelines.
• Gather customer feedback and share with internal teams.
• Follow up to ensure a positive Edpuzzle experience and renewals.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
