Edpuzzle is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to join our Barcelona team, managing a portfolio of Italian schools and developing new opportunities. You’ll blend consultative selling, customer success, and training to drive adoption and renewals across your portfolio.

You’ll report to the Inside Sales Manager and collaborate with the Regional Manager EMEA, School Success, Growth, Product, Finance, and partners to translate market strategy into account-level actions while staying customer-centric

Formación

• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, customer success, or similar roles.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian and strong professional English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of Italian schools and manage full lifecycle including renewals.
• Build and manage a healthy new business pipeline through inbound and outbound efforts.
• Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding, and training for educators and administrators.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and monitor renewal status and forecasts.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to execute local market strategy.
