Ringover is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People team and help us recruit across Sales and Care roles in France, Spain, the UK, the US, and Colombia. You will source candidates, conduct first calls, support employer branding, and collaborate with hiring managers to optimize processes.

You'll learn quickly, own initiatives from day one, and thrive in an fast-paced, international environment with remote working options and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• First experience in a TA or recruiting role in-house or agency.
• Passion for recruitment and connecting people with opportunities.
• Strong people skills, curious, good listener.
• Leadership mindset: take ownership and follow through.
• Fluent in French and English; Spanish a strong plus.
• Existing network in sales or CS space is advantageous.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively hunt for talent on LinkedIn and platforms, build pipelines.
• Triage applications and identify strongest fits quickly and fairly.
• Run intro calls to pre-screen candidates and make a strong first impression.
• Partner with Sales and Care managers to write hiring briefs and personas.
• Help review scorecards for consistent evaluations.
• Organize and run recruiting events; contribute to employer branding.
• Think creatively to stand out in competitive talent markets.
