TransPerfect seeks a Junior Production Specialist to join its GlobalLink CCMS team in Barcelona. You will support content conversion, processing and QA tasks for global clients, leveraging XML concepts and automation workflows.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken communication in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organization across multiple projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to troubleshoot in meetings.
• Comfort with technical concepts and learning new software.
• Genuine interest in technology, automation and digital content.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage multiple conversion projects with deadlines.
• Prepare, convert and validate content for import into CCMS.
• Execute and monitor automated content conversion processes.
• Verify quality and accuracy of converted content before delivery.
• Import and validate content in the GlobalLink CCMS platform.
• Investigate processing issues and identify root causes.
• Generate pseudo-translated content and compare outputs with source documents.
• Create, test and refine AI prompts to support automated content generation.
• Provide Level 2 support and collaborate with teams on technical solutions.
