• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Superior written and spoken communication in English.

TransPerfect´s GlobalLink CCMS team develops and supports cutting-edge Component Content Management Solutions that help global organizations create, manage, localize and publish technical content faster and more efficiently.

The opportunity:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and technically curious Junior Production Specialist to join our GlobalLink Component Content Management System (CCMS) team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys technology, structured problem-solving and working with digital content. You'll support the delivery of content management projects for global clients while gaining exposure to XML, AI-assisted content creation, automation, publishing workflows and enterprise content management systems.

You’ll work alongside experienced specialists in an international environment where continuous learning and process improvement are encouraged.

What you´ll do:

• Content Conversion & Processing:
  • Coordinate multiple conversion projects while managing competing priorities and deadlines
  • Prepare, convert and validate customer content for import into our CCMS
  • Execute and monitor automated content conversion processes using specialized conversion scripts
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of converted content before delivery
  • Develop and maintain a calendar of conversion projects, communicating scheduling conflicts or resource constraints to Management
• Content Management:
  • Import content into the GlobalLink CCMS platform and ensure successful processing
  • Validate incoming content to confirm completeness and prevent duplication
  • Investigate processing issues and identify the root causes of conversion or import errors
  • Maintain accurate records of completed work and project status
• Quality Assurance:
  • Generate pseudo-translated content for testing purposes
  • Produce output files and compare them against source documents using PDF comparison tools
  • Identify formatting or content regressions and prepare certification reports
  • Ensure content meets quality standards before publication
• AI & Process Improvement:
  • Create, test and refine AI prompts that support automated content generation
  • Contribute ideas to improve workflows, automation and production efficiency
  • Stay informed about new technologies that can enhance content management processes
• Customer & Team Support:
  • Provide Level 2 support for customer issues related to content processing and production
  • Collaborate with Customer Support and Engineering teams to resolve technical issues
  • Participate in meetings with colleagues and stakeholders to discuss project progress and technical solutions

Required experience & qualifications:

• Bachelor´s degree or equivalent
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changes in priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable clearly and concisely communicate obstacles and troubleshoot in management- and customer-facing meetings
• Comfortable working with technical concepts (content, XML jargon, error conditions and resolutions, etc.) and learning new software
• A genuine interest in technology, automation and digital content
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency
• Knowledge of XML or structured content
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS or CCMS)
• Familiarity with publishing, localization or translation workflows
• Experience working with databases or large structured datasets
• Experience using Generative AI or Large Language Models (LLMs) in a professional or academic setting
