Lidl Scrm in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Manager to develop, manage and optimize advertising campaigns for partners within our AdOps team. You will monitor performance, propose optimisations, and collaborate across sales, agencies and customers to improve service quality.

You’ll operate across AdServer, DMP and tracking tools, gain exposure to programmatic advertising, and contribute to Lidl’s digital evolution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Formación

• Degree in a relevant field or at least 2 years of online marketing experience.
• High level of English; German and/or Spanish appreciated.
• Proven ability to drive strategy and results on digital marketing and programmatic KPIs.
• Understanding of programmatic advertising/technology partners is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with an agile mindset and good communication; able to work independently.
• Initiative and proactivity.

As Junior Campaign Manager you will develop, create and manage advertising campaigns for partners within our AdOps team in Barcelona. You’ll monitor performance, propose optimisations, and collaborate with sales, agencies and customers to improve service quality. You will operate across AdServer, DMP and tracking tools to implement campaigns and adjustments. This role offers exposure to programmatic advertising and a chance to contribute to Lidl’s digital evolution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
