Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient account setup and activation process.
• Understand each client's business needs, objectives, and target audience to develop customized advertising strategies.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize pay‑per‑click (PPC) campaigns in line with industry best practices and defined performance goals.
• Develop strong and trusted client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communication.
• Provide strategic advice and ongoing recommendations to enhance campaign performance and maximize return on investment.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling, and the adoption of additional or advanced advertising solutions.
• Track campaign results, analyze key performance indicators, and implement data‑driven improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends, advertising platform developments, industry changes, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
• Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
