FH Collective Academy in Barcelona seeks a Junior Campaign Specialist for the German market to help clients launch and optimize their first Google Ads campaigns.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, international setting, develop PPC campaigns, identify client needs, and support growth with relocation support and a hybrid model.

Formación

• German at C2 level and strong English proficiency.
• 1–2 years in sales or online advertising.
• Strong communication, analytical and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients.
• Identify and quantify client needs and campaign objectives.
• Upsell and grow client investment while maintaining sustainability.

The Role:

• As a Junior Campaign Specialist, youll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Youll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What Were Looking For:

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
