FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist to manage Google Ads campaigns for the German market. You will work with new clients to build and optimize campaigns, acting as a trusted consultant to drive successful online advertising strategies.

The role requires German at C2 and strong English, 1–2 years in sales/online advertising, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Hybrid work model with relocation support to Barcelona and hotel accommodation.

Formación

• German at C2 level and high level of English.
• 1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus).
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success

What Were Looking For:

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
