FH Collective Academy in Barcelona is seeking a Junior Campaign Specialist for the German market to build and optimize first online advertising campaigns using Google Ads. You will work with new clients, understand their goals, and guide campaigns to success.

The role requires German at C2 and strong English, 1–2 years in sales or online advertising, and excellent communication and analytical skills. Hybrid, full-time with relocation support.

Formación

• German at C2 level plus high level of English.
• 1–2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising.
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)

The Role:

• As a Junior Campaign Specialist, youll work with a portfolio of new clients to help them build and optimize their first online advertising campaigns. Youll act as a trusted consultant, guiding businesses to success through impactful Google Ads strategies.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage PPC campaigns for new clients
• Detect customer needs and objectives, ensuring campaign success
• Upsell and grow client investment while boosting sustainability
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment

What Were Looking For:

• German at C2 level + high level of English
• 1/2 years experience in sales and/or online advertising (a big plus if its digital marketing!)
• Strong communication, analytical, and time-management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent (Marketing/Communications a plus)
