Orange Business is seeking a Data Analyst Consultant to transform business needs into data-driven solutions that support decision-making across the organization. You will bridge business and technical teams, develop analytics solutions, and ensure dashboards deliver meaningful value across projects.

• Experience in Data Analytics, BI, or a similar data-focused role.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and data modeling concepts.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical or technical solutions and communicate with business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; French is considered a strong advantage.

• Collaborate with business, IT, DPO, and central data teams to ensure data quality, compliance, and successful project delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and accelerate data-related processes and reporting.

The team, position & mission:

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming business needs into data-driven solutions that support decision-making across the organization. Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and central data teams, you will analyze requirements, develop analytics solutions, and ensure that data models, dashboards, and reporting tools deliver meaningful business value.

In this position, you will act as a bridge between business and technical teams, facilitating discussions, translating requirements into analytical solutions, and supporting projects from initial scoping through development, testing, and implementation. You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize data processes and enhance reporting capabilities.

Your key areas of responsibility as Data Analyst Consultant:

As an ideal candidate you have:

• Experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Power BI.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling concepts.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, automation, or reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical or technical solutions and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and Spanish; French is considered a strong advantage.

It is not a requirement, but other preferred qualifications would be:

• Experience with Power Apps.
• Academic and/or professional experience in a biological, life sciences, or related domain.
• Knowledge of Agile project delivery methodologies and business process improvement initiatives.
