Titan OS, based in Barcelona, is seeking a BI Analyst to translate complex data into engaging visualizations that empower business teams to make confident decisions. You will partner with Data Engineering to define KPIs and data requirements while shaping data usage across the organization.

You will apply statistical methods to uncover patterns, present clear recommendations to senior management, and contribute to a data-driven culture with strong storytelling and collaboration skills.

Formación

• 6+ years of experience in BI, data science, or analytics roles.
• Strong numerical and statistical fundamentals with a related degree.
• Proven ability to transform data into clear storytelling and actionable insights.

Responsabilidades

• Build engaging BI dashboards and data visualizations.
• Capture and translate data requirements to Data Engineering/Science teams.
• Proactively deliver insights to drive revenue and growth.

Role overview:

We are looking for a BI Analyst with a wide cross-section of skills, ability and experience.In this role, you will bring data to life through engaging visualizations and compelling insights that help business teams make confident decisions. You will partner with teams across the business to understand their strategic goals and translate them into actionable KPIs and data requirements. Working closely with Data Engineering, you will help define and deliver the data needed to track these metrics effectively.

You will apply your numerical and statistical expertise to identify meaningful patterns, trends, and opportunities within the data, turning your findings into clear recommendations for business teams and Senior Management. You will also help shape how data is used across the organization, driving a more data-driven and data-democratic culture.

Key responsibilities:

• Building engaging and intuitive BI dashboards and data visualizations
• Accurately capture the data requirements that support the delivery of business objectives
• Translate these requirements to the Data Engineering / Science teams and be responsible for their delivery
• Proactively bring insights to the attention of the business teams with a high degree of focus on driving revenue and growth opportunities
• Become a trusted partner to the business teams you work with. You should be seen as a knowledge peer, with subject-matter expertise in data
• Bring new and interesting ideas on how to build data storytelling capabilities
• KPI development and tracking - we own the measurement of the business

What makes you a great fit:

• At least 6 years of professional experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Product Owner or Data Scientist
• A strong numerical background with an MS/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or a science-related discipline
• High proficiency in Python and Dbt-SQLMesh
• Ability to create tables and develop schemas that function efficiently, are optimized and scalable
• Experience with statistical methodologies and A/B (hypothesis) testing is a huge plus
• Hands-on experience using BI data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Open Source, etc)
• A data storytelle, that can present data in a compelling and intuitive way
• Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills
