Job summary

Talan is seeking a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI. You will join an Agile squad and convert business requirements into data-driven insights for decision-making across the organization.

You will work with stakeholders, own user stories, validate data quality, and support end users during UAT and final validation activities. Remote work within CET is offered, with opportunities to contribute to international projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Power BI experience.
• Experience building enterprise dashboards and reports.
• Strong data analysis and data validation skills.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Intermediate knowledge of PL/SQL.
• Ability to translate business requirements into reporting solutions.
• Experience interacting with business stakeholders and supporting final report validation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business and technical requirements from assigned user stories.

• Create and optimize data models, measures, and visualizations.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Document reporting solutions, business rules, and technical developments.

About the Role

We are looking for a Data Analyst / Power BI Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining business dashboards and reports using Power BI. The successful candidate will join an Agile squad and play a key role in transforming business requirements into data-driven reporting solutions that support decision-making across the organization.

The professional will work closely with business stakeholders, taking ownership of assigned user stories, building reports and dashboards, validating data quality, and supporting end users during the final validation process.
