Formación

• Proven head waiter experience in a high-end restaurant.
• Exceptional customer service and refined dining atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverages to answer menu questions.

Responsabilidades

Tasks

• Oversee the restaurant's dining area, ensuring all guests receive impeccable service and a memorable dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food, managing any special requests or dietary restrictions with attention to detail.
• Manage table allocations and reservations efficiently, optimizing seating to enhance guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the menu offerings, including ingredients, preparation methods, and recommended pairings, to provide expert advice to guests and staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with diplomacy and professionalism, ensuring every guest leaves Cascada Marbella with a positive experience.
• Participate in inventory management, including the oversight of dining supplies and the suggestion of orders as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to refine service procedures, menu offerings, and special promotions or events.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a head waiter, or similar role in a high-end restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and refined dining atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal communication skills to cater to an international clientele.
• Knowledgeable about food and beverage, with the ability to make recommendations and answer questions regarding the menu.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage busy dining periods with efficiency and grace.
