Formación

• Proven head waiter experience in a high-end restaurant.
• Exceptional customer service and refined dining atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong verbal skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverages to answer menu questions.
• Ability to handle busy dining periods under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee dining area to ensure impeccable service and memorable experiences.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food prep and accommodate dietary requests.
• Manage table allocations and reservations to optimize seating and capacity.
• Develop understanding of menu ingredients, prep methods, and pairings for guests and staff.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues diplomatically.
• Participate in inventory management of dining supplies and orders.
• Collaborate with management to refine service procedures, menus, and events.
