EngineersOfAI is seeking a Specialist for the Italian/Spanish market within Banking Operations. You will execute business processes, handle enquiries and orders, and support regulatory and risk controls while collaborating with internal stakeholders.

You will develop a strong understanding of the bank's policies, assist external partners, maintain up-to-date documentation, and contribute to process improvements with a customer-focused mindset.

Formación

• Experience or interest in banking operations, legal, or regulatory topics.
• Structured, organized approach with ability to learn best practices and manage operational requests.
• Completed bank apprenticeship or university degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Mathematics, or Law.
• Ability to focus on details while maintaining a view of the big picture.
• Data analytics mindset to understand data and prioritise decisions (SQL a plus).
• Fluent Italian and Spanish, and English proficiency.
• Collaborative mindset with customer focus and confident stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Execute business processes for customers, handling enquiries and orders.
• Support activities within Banking Operations including regulatory requirements and risk controls.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve service quality and coordinate with other teams.
• Assist external partners with day-to-day questions and support.
• Maintain up-to-date internal documentation to stay compliant and reduce audit risk.
• Handle insolvency and edge cases with understanding of legal implications and compliance.
