Qualifications

• Previous experience in Strategy, Ops, Sales Efficiency, M&A or similar fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and make things happen.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for local team hires.
• Support sales activities with prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs.
