Job summary

Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona is seeking a Google Ads Sales Executive to drive growth in the Italian market. You will onboard new clients, reduce churn, and upsell campaigns while delivering high-performing PPC solutions.

The role requires a BA/BS, Italian at C1-C2 and English C1, 1+ years in sales, CRM/AI tooling experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. This is a full-time hybrid position at World Trade Center Barcelona.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Italian (C1-C2) and English (C1) proficiency.
• 1+ years of proven sales/marketing experience.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance outreach and CRM.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and advise on PPC campaigns.
• Drive revenue growth via outbound calls and upsell.
• Engage the Italian market and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage a high volume of accounts with accurate data.
• Meet or exceed sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and provide timely resolutions.
