Teleperformance Spain in Barcelona seeks a proactive sales/marketing professional to join our Nordic-focused digital ads project. You will onboard a portfolio of clients and craft high-performing PPC campaigns to drive adoption and growth while delivering excellent customer outcomes.

This hybrid, full-time role involves outbound calls, understanding client objectives, and upselling services, with support from a dynamic team.

Formación

• BA/BS degree (Marketing or Communications preferred) or equivalent work experience.
• Swedish C2 and English C1; multilingual abilities are a plus.
• ~20 months of sales/marketing experience with client-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and meet goals with occasional supervision.
• Familiar with using CRM tools to support business processes.
• Uses AI tools to support daily tasks and improve outreach strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard a portfolio of new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns for their digital marketing ads.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Understand client objectives and offer tailored solutions.
• Set up strategic, results-driven campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Increase spend and upsell campaigns.
• Create and maintain a customer database with complete information.
• Handle a high volume of potential clients daily via phone.
