Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• French at C2 and English at C1 level.
• 18+ months of sales/marketing experience with client-facing roles.
• Experience using CRM systems for managing customer records.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve outreach and communication.
• Ability to present clearly and work with teams toward shared goals.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and develop PPC campaigns for digital marketing ads.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell services.
• Identify client objectives and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Set up strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long-term performance.
• Aim to increase spend and upsell campaigns.
• Maintain customer database with complete information.
• Handle high-volume outreach daily.
