Institut Straumann AG in Madrid seeks a Planning Success Partner to ensure high-quality digital treatment planning and a world-class customer experience. You will liaise between customers and internal planning teams to clarify goals, address inquiries, and ensure alignment with clinical standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, ongoing protocol updates, and handling feedback to improve onboarding and provider engagement. Spanish work location is implied for Madrid.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Dental Technology, Dentistry or related technical field.
• English and Italian at C1 level.
• Minimum one year of education/experience in the dental field.
• Experience in dental treatment digital planning is preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Perform digital treatment plans quality check and case finalization.
• Provide outstanding proactive and reactive customer support.
• Lead clinical preferences analysis and setup calls.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on protocols, WI, SOPs, and clinical processes.
• Handle treatment feedback complaints and drive root-cause analysis.
• Oversee post-market surveillance activities for product complaints.
